Turkey is a fascinating and vast country, with a little bit of everything! It also has a unique geographic location, sharing 2 continents: Asia & Europe. Turkey has a rich history, including relics from the early Christian & Byzantine period to the Ottoman Empire. It has always been a dream of mine to visit Turkey because of its rich and diverse culture and history, it’s amazing cuisine and the countries’ unique topography. This trip was one of our favorite family vacations!

Our Itinerary was 8 days with 2 internal flights. It was rigorous but definitely worth seeing the different parts of the country: The internal flights were either Pegasus or Turkish Air. We flew into Istanbul, stayed 2 nights, then flew on Turkish Air to Kayseri (closest airport to Cappadochia @ 1 hour in car) and spent 2 nights in Cappadochia, then flew Kayseri to Dalaman Airport through Istanbul (@ 2 hours in car) to D Maris Bay on the Turkish Riviera.
